POSITION: PRN (As needed) EVENINGS, and DAYS C.N.A. for Countryside Care & Rehab and our Home Health & Hospice Department
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $9.11 per hour
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Current Certified Nurse Aide from the Idaho Nurse Aide Registry. A full job description may be picked up in the Human Resource Office.

THIS POSITION IS POSTED EFFECTIVE: Until Filled
POSITION: FULL-TIME. R.N. for our Home Health Department. May include a $1,000 sign on bonus.
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $19.71 per hour D.O.E.
REQUIREMENTS: Current nursing license from the State of Idaho in good standing required. A full job description may be picked up in the Human Resource Office.

THIS POSITION IS POSTED EFFECTIVE: Until Filled
POSITION: TEMPORARY PRN (As Needed) Laundry Aide (3 to 6 months) 20 to 40 hours per pay period.
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $7.69 per hour

POSITION: TEMPORARY (3 to 6 months) PRN (As Needed) Scrub Tech.
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $13.38 per hour
REQUIREMENTS: An R.N., L.P.N., or Scrub Tech currently licensed with the Idaho Board of Nursing and in good standing required. A full job description may be picked up in the Human Resource Office.

THIS POSITION IS POSTED EFFECTIVE: Until Filled
POSITION: TEMPORARY, PRN (As Needed) Phlebotomist
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $10.23 per hour

THIS POSITION IS POSTED EFFECTIVE: Until Filled
POSITION: FULL-TIME Activities Director for Countryside Care & Rehab
SALARY RANGE: Begins at $12.99 per hour
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associates Degree in recreational activities or similar field is preferred. Completion of a state approved training program or one year’s experience in the ongoing development of a current activity program is required.
